the staff were very helpful when i needed directions. the location was good, near supermarkets. i chose a late checkout without issues. the common kitchen access really helped cut down on dining costs, especially with penny market right next door.
the bathroom, while functional, seemed a bit small for the room capacity, though the room was spacious.

The staff was polite and available 24/7 at the front desk. I could always ask questions. they were quick to address my inquiries about local transport and offered helpful suggestions. There was also luggage storage.

this place had easy access to public transportation with a metro station nearby. supermarkets close to the place meant grabbing essentials was very easy. i found it a great base for exploring, since it was near everything.

ordering breakfast was available at the hotel. a communal kitchen allowed guests to prepare meals. i could also bring my own food and eat in the lobby.

the location is great for exploring. the staff was attentive and ready to help with any questions i had. i could also arrange for a late checkout time without problems. the room was clean and the bathroom had a good size too.
i noticed there wasn't luggage storage available. i think the management should consider adding a luggage storage room. this would have been a real help for me.

the hotel offers a standard breakfast service with sufficient space even during peak times. the breakfast included both hot and cold options with fresh bread. the coffee was acceptable and the juice selection was decent.

the facility included coin operated laundry facilities which worked well. there was also a small kitchen available to use. i noticed there was also a vending machine selling snacks and drinks.

the double room had a comfortable bed and adequate space for two people. the bathroom was clean and included fresh towels daily. there was also a small desk in the room and a wardrobe for storage.

the reception staff was cute and helpful with directions. i received quick responses to my inquiries regarding local attractions. they even helped me to book a taxi to the airport without any issues.
